More than once I’ve shared photos on Instagram of a weekend breakfast favorite in our house – Peanut Butter & Banana French Toast. Today I’m sharing the recipe to go along with the photos just in time to have it for Valentine’s Day or on a future weekend.

  1. YUM! This looks & sounds delicious. I'm gonna have to try this recipe this coming weekend. We are big lover of peanut butter and banana. {My son eats the two together almost every other day} Never thought to do it in a french toast combo. Thanks for the inspiration!

    • Just make a few plain slices too. I typically do this for my son. He waffles on whether he wants them stuffed or not each time I make them. Personally, I have to have them stuffed now. So ridiculously good.
