Project 52 Photos: Food

The Triangle is HUGE into food trucks. I have yet to make it to one of the rodeos, but have still managed to track down several and give them a try. Last night for dinner I had a Connecticut Lobster Roll from Cousins Maine Lobster.

Hungry now? Me too again just looking at it. I confess this was a double win for me. I wanted to try their lobster for sure, but also, Trent & I watch Shark Tank quite frequently. A lot of the products shown aren’t something we’d normally buy, but we find the banter, deals made, and stories fascinating.

A food truck serving fresh Maine lobster though? That’s a product I’m willing to try.

    • Yes! I was so looking forward to this one. Got it to go and brought it home to eat. It was very good! Curious to try one of their other menu options (lobster tacos maybe?) next time.
    • It amazes me the variety of options we can now get from a food truck. There are even frequent "rodeos" in our area where numerous food trucks will congregate so you can pick & choose to eat from several. I haven't been to one, but they seem to be quite popular.
