20 Questions: Age 6

20 Questions at 6

July 20, 2015 Sarah Coggins

Over the weekend, we celebrated Dylan’s sixth birthday. Sixth. I’m still letting that sink in. It feels like forever and just yesterday we were welcoming him into our lives and becoming parents. How did we get to six?

So far, six has equaled a Lego Pirate themed party (more on that in a future post) and our 4th year of answering “20 Questions.” I always enjoy his answers. Some are expected, some surprise me, and some I know he’s just plain being silly, but whatever. He’s allowed to answer the questions however he chooses.

This year, his answer to question 11 “What is your favorite book?” made me smile – the photo books I make topped his list and the book “you are making me do now” by answering these questions! Too funny.

I would say I can’t wait to see what next year’s answers are, but I can. I can wait. Give me a solid 364 more days. I’m not ready for him to be any older yet.
