Movie nights are an at home affair these days and typically include homemade pizza and/or popcorn. Sometimes though, I like to do something different. With the upcoming release of the Minions movie from Illumination Entertainment on DVD, I decided to play around in the kitchen a little and give one of our standard dinner recipes a “minion” twist.

I found all the ingredients I didn’t already have on hand for this meal in the grocery section at Target during my weekly shopping trip. The spaghetti and mozzarella were where I expected (pasta and cold food aisles, respectively), but the parmesan cheese was “hiding” with the pizza ingredients.

I would never have thought to make faces in bread like that - SUCH a cool idea. I love how easy this is and so creative, too. Now to surprise my kids... #client

It was incredibly easy and my 6 year old thought it was the coolest dinner. Especially since I'm not one to typically "dress up" our food. Hope your kids enjoy the surprise too!
