Cats & Water?

January 9, 2009 Sarah Coggins

Wednesday the temperature outside was mid-60s. By yesterday morning that had changed dramatically and we were in the 30s. I found little Chester smartly curled up in a warm spot on the sofa with not one, but two blankets. 🙂 Of course, he played the “I don’t see you” and refused to look at me while I was snapping shots.

We finally made it back to the gym last night. I signed up to take a 12 week prenatal water aerobics class. It was a blast. The instructor was fun and kept us entertained. I came home exhausted, but definitely looking forward to the next one. Hopefully we’ll get back in there this weekend so I can do a little treadmill time and work on building up my endurance. Amazing how quickly that all goes away after 2 months of skipping workouts. 😉

lol, I hear you, Emma is getting annoyed with me taking pics of her all the time too. I was going to see if I could do the year long photo shoot of her but i missed a couple days already. oh well.

I did a water aerobics class once, it was fun except that I thought the water was too deep and started to worry that I would drown.

I can't wait to get back into the gym either! It's been almost 2 months since I've been able to exercise from my injury :( I'm hoping I can start back next week! Glad you enjoyed the water aerobics class.....sounds like a lot of fun!

Cute photo, it is cold here so I would love a couple blankets to snuggle. Glad that your mom is doing better.

IM so glad to hear your Mom is doing better! ALso glad to know the water aerobics is fun. It will be good for your joints, esp during pregnancy. We will be heading to RDU tomorrow to get the DD's. I will wave as we pass by...or maybe I should throw a canteloupe!

Great photo! I've been thinking about trying water aerobics to cross train with running. Maybe this weekend :)

I know what you mean about workouts! I missed a few days over the holidays and really paid for that when I returned! :-) Love the pic of your kitty. He'd be REALLY cold here! Poor Tinsel spends most winter days completely covered with blankets...not even her nose is visible!
