Disney on Ice: The Incredibles

October 27, 2008 Sarah Coggins

As part of my current cleaning faze, I purchased new photo management software over the weekend to better organize my photos and digital scrapbooking elements. I need a quicker way to locate what I have and after reading many positive comments online about ACDSee‘s software, I thought I would give it a try. It’s nice to be able to tag the different elements so I can search a specific type versus going through each kit in my computer folders.

While tagging files in the program, I began looking through some older photos and found a grouping from the 2005 Disney on Ice show we attended. Many of them are unfortunately blurry but somewhat savable when cropped to a smaller size. I used a template by Kate Teague to quickly arrange the photos and complete the page:

Supplies: Kate Teague’s Temptations #6 template; Red Cardstock from Sande Krieger’s It’s Time kit; Orange Crush paper from Wild Weekend kit, Lemonade Stand paper from Painted Season kit, and star doodle from Twinkle Toes kit at Peppermint Creative. Antique Type font; Incredibles font by Filmfonts @ fontspace.com.

I love the layering on this one and how great that you were able to use those photos but just in a smaller size - I've got some circus photos like that too!
