Fortune

January 28, 2009 Sarah Coggins

While out buying paint last night for computer/scrap room, we stopped for dinner at the Panda Express. The paper lanterns in the dining area caught my eye immediately and I knew they would be a great addition to my Project 365 photos. I absolutely love how the shot came out.

At the end of the meal we both cracked into our fortune cookies. Mine was fairly generic (I can’t even recall what it said now), but the look on Trent’s face when he read his was priceless. I wish I had the camera out at that moment. Every once and a while, those fortunes hit home and this was definitely one of those times.

Wow! The fortune was made for you guys, and the lanterns are awesome! Did you see the paper lanterns that Ali Edwards hung in the baby's nursery? :-)

Okay, that was a true goose-bumps moment, huh? Awesome! And awesome photo, too. I love that shade of orange.

Oops on the tag question. It just never occurred to me you wouldn't have names yet, because I had mine since I was like 18, LOL. Trust me, tho, tis better your way. When I was in my 20's, I was so intent on Missy's name that I only dated men whose mothers were named that, because of a tradition in our family of naming girls after both grandmothers. Is that off the hook or what? And, I even managed to have two serious relationships complying with this. Nothing is impossible in this world, I can attest to that. winkwink
