Handprint Reindeer Card

December 22, 2020 Sarah Coggins

Wanting to send gift cards to my daughter’s teachers in a personalized way, I helped her create cute handprint reindeer card for each of them. The cards were fun and simple to make. These would be perfect for family or friends as well!

Adorable Handprint Reindeer Card

Supplies

  • Blank white cards
  • Paint – brown, white, and black
  • Foam brushes
  • Cotton swab
  • Red stamp pad
  • Black ink pen

Instructions

Step 1 Paint your child’s hand with brown paint and assist in placing on card to create handprint. Set aside to dry.

Step 2 Have your child press their thumb into the red stamp pad. Then press onto bottom of each handprint to create red nose.

Step 3 Use a paintbrush to paint 2 white eyes on the handprint. We used a round foam brush for a quick and easy circle. Set aside to dry.

Step 4 Use a cotton swab to easily dot black paint pupils and complete the eyes.

Step 5 Draw eyelashes (if desired) with ink pen.

Add a message inside your handprint reindeer card and it is ready to gift to the recipient. We included a gift card to her teacher’s favorite restaurant in ours.
