I was asked by a family member to create a Groundhog Day card they could send to a friend. Here is what I came up with using supplies I had in my scrapbooking stash:

Hopefully the receiver enjoys the card!
As for me this Groundhog Day? I’m hoping for no shadow. I’m ready for warmer weather and spring flowers.
Supplies: Doodlebug Designs and Creative Imaginations patterned papers; Bazzill white cardstock; miscellaneous tan, brown, & teal cardstock; Martha Stewart Crafts sepia pen; Micron black pen; Staz-On brown stamp ink; Comic Sans font. Paper piecing based upon an image at iStockphoto.

Good morning Sarah! Happy Groundhogs day! I havent had time to get over to 2ps yet. DId you Post a pic?
This made me smile!
Definitely! Winter, be gone!
Happy Groundhog’s Day! I’m hoping for the same thing but our forecast is calling for snow even though it is 50* today
Such a cute paper piecing! Bravo! Thanks for tagging me. I did it yesterday. xoxo
