Hello, Weekend

July 12, 2008 Sarah Coggins

No cows sighted around here. Did anyone else spot (or maybe dress as) one? 😀 Even without any cows, I had a very good day…

One of my favorite things about any Friday is that I only work until 1pm. Afterwards I went to my monthly massage appointment. Ahhhh.

Came home and scrapped for a bit.

Got the mail. My latest order from arrived and a notice from the courthouse – I’ve been summoned. So I added jury duty to my August calendar (after placing my new digital layout prints in their albums, of course – I have my priorities. LOL).

Tonight I worked a little more on my latest scrapbook page. It’s slow going, but I think the result will be worth it. Just a short bit ago I added Stickles to Basic Grey chipboard letters for the title. This is my first time playing with them, but I already can see why they would be so addicting. 🙂

Today the only set item on my agenda is a Stampin’ Up! party at my neighbor’s house this afternoon. Another first for me and I’m really looking forward to it. My only concern is that I’ll want too many stamps!

Ha-ha! Cow Appreciation Day! Gotta love Chick-fil-A! Have fun at the Stampin' Up party! Can't wait to hear what you buy!

No cow suits spotted in this part of the country! :-)

Sounds like a fun day planned. SU certainly has some great stuff...I have been somewhat sucked in by CTMH. I have to avoid those parties! lol

I was called for jury duty last month. I ended up only having to be there one day, so it worked out great. I know it can be challenging to adjust your schedule for it, though.

Can't wait to see your finished page! I've never played with Stickles before. Have fun at the party and show us the goodies you get :)

Here's hoping you had fun at your Stampin' Up party . . . I know I thoroughly enjoyed the one that my local scrapping group hosted a few weeks back - *grin*

I saw cows!! We didn't go in the rest but drove by and saw costumed people walking in and out. DD and DS laughed so hard!

Just got a stack of pics also. Ready to be scrapped :)

    Enjoy the SU party!

I, like Janet, NEED to avoid SU parties;) I also won't allow myself to look at their catalogs anymore either...way too dangerous!
I love your latest Disney page and the Stickles are way cool on those letters. I'm glad Stickles are finally having their day...I remember our LSS moaning about how they couldn't sell them a few years ago, lol. Now everybody loves 'em!
