Hollywood Studios: Kylo Ren Photo Op

Meeting Kylo Ren

Not all Disney characters are cheerful and full of joy. Some are down right creepy. Kylo Ren definitely falls into the latter.

Kylo hangs out in Hollywood Studios at the Disney Visa Meet & Greet. Our family decided to take a chance, show our card, and head in to meet him. Both of our kids were a bit unsure about this as we entered the darkened room. Our 2-1/2 year old was definitely not impressed. She clung to me the entire time we were in the room with Kylo. Can’t say I blamed her. He was rather creepy to us all. He would walk up and just stare us down. No words. That alone added to the creepy factor.

It did make for an amusing moment as we all awkwardly tried to avoid him and squeeze in for a photo. Props to Trent’s cousin for being willing to stand next to Kylo while we got our picture taken. I was quite pleased to be at the opposite end! One brief hello was enough for me.

Have you met Kylo Ren or one of the other Star Wars characters?
