Mitch’s Tavern

September 11, 2008 Sarah Coggins

It’s been a few years since I climbed those wooden stairs into Mitch’s Tavern on Hillsborough Street. If you’ve never been to Raleigh, it still may look and sound familar – a bar scene for the movie Bull Durham was filmed there in the late ’80s.

Trent & I dropped in last night for a surprise gathering for a friend’s birthday. A fun night filled with good friends, a few drinks, lots of laughter and stories.
