going on. After 9 years, we’re getting ready to put our house on the market which means clearing out, packing up and staging. This is our first home which means our first time selling. Got any tips?

    What a surprise to see that you're going to move! Although it shouldn't be. Good luck with all the packing. The best advice I can give you is label everything so you can find it once the boxes arrive in the new house. Good luck and be sure to send me your new address.
