This afternoon one of my neighbors and I got together at Starbucks and enjoyed Peppermint Mochas while taking care of HOA business. We’ve become the lone two on the architectural review committee. This was a nice way to get the work done and then enjoy a bit of catching up.

Supplies: Starbucks beverage wrap; snowflake punch; Die Cuts with a View adhesive backed white cardstock; misc. green cardstock; Uniball signo white pen.
