Project 52 Photos: Week 49 Cold

Project 52 Photos: Cold

December 12, 2015 Sarah Coggins

It may be just days until the start of winter, but, pretty typical here, the weather in NC hasn’t gotten the message. We’ve been getting gradually warmer all week with expected highs in the 70s the next couple of days! So, I took my inspiration for this week’s challenge from a different angle.

A little someone has been teething hard lately. So much drool. All the toys & her fingers in her mouth – anything that she can gnaw on. But the best? This yellow monkey teether I stash in the fridge so it’s nice and cold when needed to ease that teething pain.

She’s still pretty cute even when she’s a tad congested and hurting from those sore gums. Hopefully tooth number 7 will make it’s appearance soon and she’ll get a little relief.

Join in the fun at any time. Next week’s challenge is sleep. Find the full list on Sarah Halstead’s blog here. Thanks to Sarah, Amy, and Angie for hosting each week.

I've been enjoying the warm weather, but it can put a damper on photo challenges. I like your creative photos.

When I saw this challenge in the list months ago, I thought "oh yeah, December = colder temps" .... haha. I should know better! On the plus side, it causes me to think a little harder and really challenge myself to come up with something.

Or just cheat like I did and pull from old photos, which really I hate doing, but it was what happened lol I love how pleased she looks gnawing away on that teether. Cuteness!
