Project 52 Photos: Week 25 Food

Project 52 Photos: Food

June 24, 2015 Sarah Coggins

The Triangle is HUGE into food trucks. I have yet to make it to one of the rodeos, but have still managed to track down several and give them a try. Last night for dinner I had a Connecticut Lobster Roll from Cousins Maine Lobster.

Hungry now? Me too again just looking at it. I confess this was a double win for me. I wanted to try their lobster for sure, but also, Trent & I watch Shark Tank quite frequently. A lot of the products shown aren’t something we’d normally buy, but we find the banter, deals made, and stories fascinating.

A food truck serving fresh Maine lobster though? That’s a product I’m willing to try.

Hey Sarah! :) Y'all went to the food truck?! So awesome!!! I wanted to try one but Robbie doesn't like seafood (BOOO). Good to know it's good! :)

Yes! I was so looking forward to this one. Got it to go and brought it home to eat. It was very good! Curious to try one of their other menu options (lobster tacos maybe?) next time.

I am not a big fan of lobster but that does look good even to me! We live in a small rural farm area so we do not have food trucks. But I always thought it would be fun to try one!

It amazes me the variety of options we can now get from a food truck. There are even frequent "rodeos" in our area where numerous food trucks will congregate so you can pick & choose to eat from several. I haven't been to one, but they seem to be quite popular.

Food trucks for the win, but you can keep your lobster roll hehe ;)
