Project 52 Photos 2016: Week 6 - Coloring

Project 52 Photos: Week 6 – Coloring

February 12, 2016 Sarah Coggins

Earlier in the week, I remembered a craft Dylan and his friends tried their 2nd Valentines – coffee filter painting. I recently let Elise try coloring with crayons for the first time and she was fascinated so I thought this might be fun for her as well.

She loved scribbling with the washable markers. Just more so on the high chair tray than the coffee filter! Then I handed her a paint brush and held a little cup of water for her to “paint” with. I failed to get any photos, but she had fun “painting” as well as dumping the water and trying to teeth on the brush. All of which explains why there were no more photos – I was busy keeping up with her!

In the end we had one pretty “painted” coffee filter that we’ve hung up in our kitchen window to enjoy.
