Around the Dinner Table: Saturday Breakfast

February 17, 2009 Sarah Coggins

Over the weekend I worked on pages for the latest circle journal. Tammy’s theme is “Around the Dinner Table.” I set up the camera on a tripod and used the timer setting to get a photo of Trent & me at our table for breakfast Saturday morning. One of our favorite breakfast meals is the French Toast recipe from the Deceptively Delicious cookbook.

Supplies: Bazzill cardstock; My Mind’s Eye and We R Memory Keepers patterned papers; QuicKutz metro & sunshine fonts; Fiskars threading water punch; Making Memories snaps & wordfetti stickers (not visible); Micron pens; black stamp ink; vellum; Stylus BT and Arial fonts. Inspired by Jan’s Calendar Girls challenge to use a black background and by Sketch #6 at Pink Sketches Blog.

    Very cute! Love French toast...yum!

Hey, is that an aquarium I see in the background? What kind of fish do you have, Sarah? I have had tropical fish disasters but would love to try again someday.
