Say it ain’t Snow…

January 19, 2008 Sarah Coggins

Last night we watched the weather before heading to bed. The forecast called for a chance of snow to the west with a few flurries in the Raleigh area and then turning to rain. That sounded good since we are planning to drive east to visit my sister & brother-in-law. Now, I wake up to this weather map and a news report saying in the last 24 hours (funny, I watched the news 10 hrs ago) the storm has shifted east. Hmmm.

I looked at the US weather map last night and everywhere had temps of at least 36 or below. Try to stay warm:)

We ended up with 5 inches here in the mountains. And 2 Snow Days off from school. Our high tomorrow is only 25*. Good thing I'm inside! Enjoy the winter, it'll be spring soon enough!

Snow. that white stuff in my freezer?

That is the reason why when they call for snow no matter how much I have a hard time believing them. No matter what the forcast is it is always off.

    Great job on Colleen's challenge!

And, I have the same problem with my local weather on the weather channel and on our local stations. I have learned to just tune out any forecasts that aren't happening right now, LMAO! Seriously, tho.....really. Is this 2008 or 1908, I ask you!
