While we didn’t get a lot of snow this weekend, we’ve been making the best of what we did get. The kids have been having a blast sledding and eating it. We haven’t been able to make a snowman still as it’s just too cold and the snow too dry.
Naturally, I had a camera (or phone) in hand for a bit to take photos of our fun. Only briefly though because it was SO cold I couldn’t keep my gloves off for long. Plus, I wanted to have fun too. However, one person was missing from the photos – me! Oops. A quick snow selfie (snowfie?) to the rescue! I thought I might get a smile from my daughter, but nope. She thought it was way funnier to stick out her tongue. Had this been a few hours earlier, she might have caught a snowflake on it!

We’re still well iced in this morning and school cancelled. It’s too cold at the moment to go out so the kids are playing with Play-doh making pink snowmen instead. 🙂 I think their little snow family is pretty cute. Can you guess which one is me?
What are you up to on this winter morning?
