Staying Cool

June 9, 2008 Sarah Coggins

Ah yes, the joy of triple digit weather. We had tickets for Sunday evening to go to the Durham Bulls baseball game. Yup, sit there and swelter for 3 hours. Hmm…well, with my asthma acting up and Trent overcoming a cold – that just didn’t sound very appealing.

Instead, we picked a cooler option and went to see You Don’t Mess with the Zohan. Very funny movie. Adam Sandler is a riot as always.

That movie does look funny and a much better choice than being out in the heat. Stay cool this week!

Oh I hear ya about this heat! Glad to hear the movie was good, though anything in air condition would have been good, right?

That was definitely the better choice. I saw previews for this movie and while I don't typically like Adam Sandler, this looked pretty funny. And if my husband has anything to say about it, we'll be seeing it in the next week.

I know exactly what you mean about the heat! YUCK!

I hope things cool down for you soon! I remember those triple digits from living in CA...

Was that funny because I thought the trailer didn't look funny at all and that's supposed to be the funniest parts. I feel like Sandler is hit or miss sometimes...
