We’ve entered that sweet toddler spot where imagination and role play are part of our daily fun. Two of her favorite things are playing with one of my childhood dolls and our pretend food. Yesterday, I helped her set up for her first toddler tea party.

I put our small table and chairs set in the middle of the playroom. Then helped my daughter pick out two cups, the tea pot, and a plate. We “shopped” at our Market for pretend cupcakes and a bunch of grapes for the girls to “snack” on during their tea party. After they were seated, I filled a small bowl with a few Gerber® Lil’ Beanies™ snacks so she could really enjoy snack time with her tea.

She was a polite hostess and served the tea first. She had a great time feeding and fixing tea for her baby doll – even “sharing” a few of the Lil’ Beanies™ snacks! Then she had a few herself in between sips of imaginative tea. It was so cute to watch. I have a feeling there are a lot more tea parties in our future.

We found the new Lil’ Beanies™ snacks in the baby food aisle while shopping at Target earlier in the week. Not knowing which flavor she might like better, I bought one of each – Original and White Cheddar & Broccoli. They have both been a hit and even her big brother has been snacking on them!

I appreciate that these new snacks from Gerber® are baked, made without GMOs, and are naturally flavored. The first ingredient in both flavors? Navy beans! Hence the name Lil’ Beanies. And, yes, they do actually taste good. I’ve tried them myself.

Have you tried the new Lil’ Beanies snacks with your toddler? Which is your favorite flavor?
