Whale Print Infant Car Seat Cover

Whale Infant Car Seat Cover

March 4, 2015 Sarah Coggins

My sister is due in early April with her first baby. Over the weekend we celebrated with family & friends with a beautiful shower. I was very thankful for a break in the crazy winter weather so the kids and I could safely travel to Richmond, Virginia, and attend.

I’ve been passing along any baby items I can as well as a few baby clothes I saved from when Dylan was little. As part of my actual gift to her, I made an infant car seat cover.

I found the cutest whale print fabric a couple months ago and paired it with a simple gray/white chevron.

A bit cute. A bit modern. Totally fun and, important to us NCSU grads, not baby blue. 😉

I love it! You worked your magic again. I also like the little peek at all the other shower details. :)

Thanks! The shower was so fun too. Wish I had a few more photos. I didn't get nearly as many as I would like, but I did enjoy it so that's all that matters. :)

Hi, Where did you get that cute whale print fabric?

Both fabrics came from JoAnn Fabrics. The whale one is called "Happy Whales Blue". It's still listed on their website.
